5 things I have learned from day one of, Couch to 5K;

  • 1.  Shoes, can make all the difference.  *note to self- buy running shoes*
  • 2.  I am definitely a destination goal person, not a timer person.
  • 3.  I am WAY out of shape.
  • 4.  Don’t run in the wind. It makes creepy noises at night.
  • 5. Always run in the dark.  No one can see how badly out of shape you are in the dark. Hey, even better, you can’t see how badly out of shape you are.
