This week’s Menu

 I know I have talked about sharing my menus but it hasn’t happened yet. :P

So, here we go!

Breakfast;
Breakfast Casserole (we make it GF by using hashbrowns as our base instead of bread crumbs)
Banana Muffins and yogurt (GF recipes to follow)
Eggs
Eggs
Buckwheat Pancakes and Sausages
Oatmeal and cottage cheese

LUNCH:
Quesadias (sp?)
Peanut Butter and honey sandwhiches on Trader Joes Rice Bread
Leftover Soup
Corn tortilla with cheese, carrots and ants on a log
Turkey Sandwhiches
Pot Roast

DINNER
Tortilla Soup and Salad
Rachel Ray’s Lentil Soup
Sweet Potato Chili
Turkey, Cranberry Sauce, Greens and Mashed potatoes
Quinoa Black Bean Salad
Turkey Salad

There ya go. :)  Frugal and thrifty menu.
