Challice, I read your post down a bit on starting to be GF….and how there are no yummy cookies for your hubby. I had my son on a GFCF diet awhile back and have a very yummy peanut butter chocolate chip cookie recipe that is GFCF and also a delicious “Pineapple Velvet Cake” that we used for birthday cakes during that time. My husband declared both to be “better than with gluten”. The only thing is these recipes are dairy free too, but if you are interested in them….I’d be glad to give them to you.
