Because of my hubby’s sensitivity to wheat we usually have bread on a rare treat. Easter was one of those times. So I made him the GF Banana bread. I followed a traditional bread recipe but substituded the flour for “Montina Rice Flour”. Turned out pretty good if I do say so. Care for a slice? I used the King Arthur Baking Book recipe.

It really is palatable.
